food at the cup
breakfast, bagels, and paninis.
The Cup is a coffee house and an eatery, and the second half of that matters. There is a kitchen behind the counter, a press that stays hot, and a toaster that runs most of the day.
Bagels, paninis, and breakfast — served in The Village on University Avenue in Muncie. The full list is on the menu.

breakfast until 3pm.
Breakfast runs until 3pm. Not just for the early crowd — for the ones who got up late, worked a night shift, or finished class at noon and want eggs anyway.

bagels.
Bagels are the backbone. Toasted, spread, and built into sandwiches you can carry out or sit down with.
Simple is fine — a bagel and cream cheese and a cup of coffee is a whole morning. Bigger is fine too.

paninis.
Paninis come off the press hot, cut in half, edges crisp. They're the reason a lot of people show up at one in the afternoon instead of nine in the morning.

food alongside coffee, chai, or a smoothie.
Nothing here is meant to be eaten alone. Most orders come with something from the bar — see coffee and drinks in Muncie for the espresso, chai, and smoothie side of things.
